In light of the previous post, I have created an insert for your DVD case (if you are using one) that features the Unbridled Fury logo and a couple of blast markers as featured in that article.
It’s not needed to play the game, but if you want to dress up your gaming components, go get one. It’ll make it look like something official, even though it’s some spare CDs you had lying around.
You can find the DVD case insert on the Downloads page.

Image, Left: A group of figures at the wrong end of a shooting weapon with the lesser blast attribute. This template was made using a mini-CD and several layers of successively lighter red, orange and yellow paint. (Sorcerer by Reaper, the blue orcs are originally by Grenadier, now produced by Mirliton.)
Every good science fiction or fantasy skirmish is likely to have something that explodes to spread hurt over a wide area. Until now the Unbridled Fury rules dealt with this with the Blast weapon property, which created a boom of 1, 2 or 3 inches radius. There was something clumsy about this system, however, and I knew it needed changing. Read the rest of this entry »

For those Unbridled Fury players in the Sydney area (that’s Sydney, Australia) we will be playing Unbridled Fury regularly at the Emperor’s Legion wargames club in Penrith. The next such meeting is on this Sunday, the 9th of November, beginning at 10am.
This club meets regularly once a month (normally on the second Sunday) at the Police Citizens Youth Club on Station Street (a short walk from the railway station - just keep walking up station street, it’s on the left side as you go in that direction). There is also plenty of parking for those who prefer to drive. For more information go to the Emperor’s Legion Website.
We will be running at least one table all day, though if there are enough gamers with enough interest (and figures to play) we won’t hesitate to set up more if we can. Generally the first half of the day (10am - 1pm) will be restricted to Classic Fantasy (CF - restricted options) games, and the afternoon to Science Fantasy (SF - open category, all options allowed) games.
If you can make it please come along. If we haven’t met you yet it’d be great to get to know you!
